Refund & Shipping Policy

This policy describes our general refund and shipping practices and may be updated. The terms in effect at the time of your purchase apply to that order.

Shipping

Orders ship via a licensed pharmacy after a provider has reviewed and approved your intake and payment has been received. Local pickup is not offered.

Telehealth visit fee

The telehealth visit fee is charged when you submit your intake and covers the licensed provider's review. If the provider is unable to issue an approval (state restriction, clinical ineligibility), the fee is refunded in full to the card on file.

Product refunds

Because compounded medications are patient-specific, product refunds are limited and evaluated case-by-case. Defective or damaged products will be replaced. Contact care@vitalehealth.shop within 14 days of delivery to request a review.
